Krueger Library is Open to the Public

The Winona and southeast Minnesota community, and general public is welcome in the Krueger Library. Visit our library building and services hours page. 

Services for Community & Public Patrons

There are a variety of services for community/public patrons.

  • Library resources: Subscription databases (in Library use), books, government documents, periodicals, DVDs and more.
  • Research Help
  • Guest Wi-Fi (with email confirmation)
  • Study spaces
  • Coffee & Bagel Shop
  • Courtesy Card application allows for you to
    • Check out circulating materials from the library (books, DVDs+)
    • Resource Sharing-InterLibrary Loan (within financial limitations)
    • Public Computers (2 hour daily time limit with courtesy card registration)
    • Printing access for black and white copies (10 cents per page)
    • Scanners access (save to a personal USB drive or storage device); see above for printing costs

Apply for a Courtesy Card

How to get a Courtesy Library Card:

  • Must be 18 years old or older or with a parent's permission for 16-17 year olds 
  • Bring bring an ID to the front desk (Preferred: government issued picture ID or another ID with photograph and name)
  •  Fill out the Krueger Library Courtesy Library Card form (5 minutes). A print copy is available at our Front Desk
