A collection of statistics on social and economic conditions in the United States, with selected international data included. The Abstract is also your Guide to Sources of other data from the Census Bureau, other Federal agencies, and private organizations. Older editions are available in print in the Reference and Main collections at the library.

The County and City Data Book was the most comprehensive source of information about the individual counties and cities published by the federal government. The last government edition was the 2007 edition. This link is to copies on the HathiTrust.
