Works by members of marginalized communities, almost by definition, are likely to be uncommon. Here are two volumes of creative work by members of marginalized ethnic and gender communities.

Naturally, John F. Kennedy’s book Profiles in Courage is widely held and is therefore not on our retention list; however, another book about profiles in courage is not widely held and is on our list.
