Interlibrary loan FAQ

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service WSU provides for all WSU students. If WSU does not have a book or article, you can request it through our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service.  Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our interlibrary loan service.   • Check our Interlibrary Loan policies page,to learn about how to request an item, how to pick up or receive an item, troubleshoot ILL, review our policies or contact or ILL department.
  • The StarID is used for all library processes such as ILL and viewing your Library Account.

How to Log In

For off-campus access to databases, use your StarID and password.

The Library's authentication login page will appear when you click on a database.

Find materials on reserve

Print reserves are books, videos, and other physical items held at the circulation desk.

Electronic reserves are articles or book chapters that the library has scanned and placed on our secure system for 24-hour access.
